If a product doesn't work for you, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
After 14 days
Beyond the guarantee window, we review refund requests case by case — for example if a product is defective and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
What happens to your license
When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated and the software must be uninstalled.
